Description
Creighton House is a large house dating from the late 18th century. It has three storeys and features five windows. The building is constructed of brown brick with red brick relieving arches and has a parapet and a slate roof. The windows retain their original glazing bars. The entrance includes a doorway with columns, a pediment, a moulded tympanum, a semi-circular fanlight, and a six-panel fielded door. To the west of the main house is a two-storey extension with three windows, which was originally a malthouse or a similar commercial building, but is now part of the house. Creighton House and the adjacent No 73 form a group.
