GV II Mid C17 building with stone base, flint ground floor and brick dressings and red brick first floor. Tiled roof, half brick segmental arches. Sash windows, glazing bars intact. Four-panel bead flush door with upper two glazed in bottled glass. Small hood on short brackets.

Bartlemas and the complex of St Bartholomews Hospital form a group.
