This is a mid-17th century building comprising numbers 1 and 3, Paradise Row. The lower portion of the building is constructed from flint, while the upper part is brick, using a mix of red, yellow, and Dutch brick. The gable is tile-hung, and the roof is tiled. The windows are a combination of box sashes and casements.
