Description

Eythorne Cottage is an early 19th-century house on the north-west side of Middle Deal Road. It is a three-storey building constructed of brown brick, with a hipped slate roof. Three sash windows are visible, and the ground-floor windows have cambered head linings. The doorcase features pilasters, an open pediment, a semi-circular fanlight, and a six-panel moulded door.
