Description

Kilmun is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier and was modified in the mid-18th century. It features painted brickwork and a combination of thatched and plain tiled roofing. The building has an L-shaped plan, with the main range consisting of one storey and an attic, topped by a hipped roof. There are stacks located to the left and centre right, along with two raking dormers. The main range includes two wooden casement windows. To the right, there is a projecting wing that has two wooden casements and a boarded door with a segmental head, as well as a half-glazed door located in the re-entrant of the wings.
