Description
A miscellaneous terrace of fifteen houses, numbered 1 to 15, built in the early 19th century. The houses are three storeys high and originally stuccoed, although some now have pebble-dashed frontages. They have parapets and mainly tiled roofs, some of which are hipped. The windows are mostly sash windows. Some properties feature three-light canted bays extending through one or two storeys. The doorcases are simple, and some have been altered with the addition of later porches. Number 4 has a Regency-style cast iron balcony. The terrace forms a group with numbers 36 to 39, East Cliff Terrace.
