Description
The granary and ha-ha, located about 15 meters south of Marston Hall, date from the early to late 18th century. The granary is constructed of red brick with a tiled roof, featuring a flint base, a plat band, and a half hipped roof. It is two storeys tall with irregular wooden outshot windows. The interior was remodeled in the early 20th century. The ha-ha is approximately 5 feet high on its lower face, sloping down from the granary to 4 feet, then to 2 feet in the main section. It curves around the south front of the house and rises again at the right (east) end, extending about 50 meters in total. This structure is included for its group value.
