The stone wall on the south side of St Barts Road, located to the north-west of the Long Barn, is constructed of stone, flint, and some bricks. It is likely from the late 18th century or early 19th century and measures approximately 185 feet in length. This wall is part of the group that includes Bartlemas and the complex of St Bartholomew's Hospital.
