Description

Tormore School is an early 19th-century building located on Rectory Road. It is three storeys high and constructed of painted brick, featuring a parapet. The façade includes four windows and one blocked window space, with most of the glazing bars still intact. A notable feature is the porch, which has a pair of twin fluted Doric columns, an entablature adorned with garlands on the frieze, and a pediment above. There is also a semi-circular fanlight above the entrance. At the south-west corner of the building, there is a later wing that is of a lower elevation.
