Description

This is an early 17th century timber-framed building located on Red Street in Southfleet. Originally timber-framed, the building has been re-faced with roughcast rendering and red brick. It has a tiled roof and a 17th century brick chimney stack. The building is two storeys high and has three casement windows. A projecting westernmost bay is entirely faced with red brick and has a gable end. A modern porch with a pentice roof has been added to the east of this bay. A chimney breast constructed of flints and brick is visible on the east wall. Inside, there are two inglenook fireplaces.
