Description

This is an early 18th-century range of buildings located on the north-west side of Castle Street. The buildings, numbered 58 to 63, are two storeys high and have been rendered with stucco. The roof is tiled and features six hipped dormers. The windows are six-pane sashes, retaining their original glazing bars. Numbers 58, 59, and 60 each have a recessed doorcase, while the others have simpler wooden surrounds containing some original two-panelled doors. These buildings form a group with numbers 49 to 67 on Castle Street.
