Description

The Blandings is a 17th-century building located in Chislet Marshside. It is a single storey structure with attics, faced in red brick and topped with a hipped thatched roof featuring two eyebrow dormers. A central brick chimneystack is present, and there are two three-light casement windows on the ground floor. A later addition includes a gabled porch. Inside, the building boasts exposed beams and an inglenook fireplace. At the rear, there is a catslide roof.
