Description

The former oast house at Renville Farm dates from the mid-19th century. It is a group value example, part of the wider development of the Patrixbourne estate and sharing stylistic characteristics with the oast house in the village. The building features three round kilns, each topped with a cowl. Constructed of red brick with a tiled roof, it is two storeys high and includes a dormer window. Six casement windows are fitted with diamond-pane glazing. A loading door is situated under the gable.
