Description

Park House is an early 19th-century house located on Ashford Road in Chartham. The building is two storeys high, featuring a front elevation made of red brick, while the side elevation is pebbledashed. It has a ripped slate roof. On the first floor, there are three sash windows with intact glazing bars. The ground floor includes two canted bay windows, each with three lights. The central entrance has a doorcase with a flat hood and pilasters, leading to a six-panelled door. There are iron railings and a flight of steps that lead up to the street level.
