These two stores are located to the rear of Lionel Cottage, dating to the mid-19th century. They are two storeys high with an attic, and they have a weatherboarded exterior. The roof is tiled with two gabled ends. The stores feature two modern casement windows and modern doors on the ground floor. They were formerly listed as part of The Beach Stores, situated between the Yacht Club and Reeves Beach.
