Description
No 15, Sea Street, is a pair of large parallel warehouses built in the late 18th to early 19th century. They feature a valley gutter between them and gables facing both Sea Street and the Sea Wall. The ground floor is made of brindle brick, while the first and second floors are timber framed and covered with weatherboarding that is moulded at the bottom edge. Each range has an old clay tiled roof and groups of three windows with three lights and laybars. The warehouse on the west side includes a hoist and a door on the second floor, as well as a door on the first floor. No 14 is similar, but instead of a second-floor door, it has a window, and the first-floor door is boarded up.
