Description
The Old School House is a Victorian Jacobean style school building dated 1871, located on Crow Camp Road in Bishopsbourne. It is constructed of red brick with ashlar dressings and features a red tile roof. The main elevation has two gables; the right gable includes a two-light window above a four-light window, both with mullion and transom. The left gable has a longer three-light window, all featuring leaded glazing panes. There is a round-headed doorway with a keystone and a cornice below a strapwork ornament on a plaque, which is partially covered by ivy. A bell-cote with a monogram is also present. The rear of the building has modern additions.
