Description

Pond Cottages, located on Margate Road in Broomfield, date back to the 18th century. This building consists of two storeys and has been refronted in roughcast. It features a half-hipped tiled roof, along with a wooden modillion eaves cornice and a stringcourse. There are three windows in total, which now have modern casements and shutters on the ground floor. The doorcases are simple in design. Nos 1 to 5 Pond Cottages are recognized as a group.
