St John's Hospital is a building from the late 19th century, featuring two storeys constructed of flint and rubble. It has a fishscale tiled roof with two gables and three mullioned windows. The entrance includes a four-centred arched door. This building, along with the Chapel, Refectory Hall, Kitchen, a section of wall at the rear of the Chapel, and Nos 1 to 7 (consecutive) at St John's Hospital, forms a group of related structures.
