Description

The Vines is an early 19th-century building of two storeys and an attic, originally featuring two windows, with an additional window at ground floor level. The front is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers, which are moulded around the windows to form decorative dressings. A modillion eaves cornice runs along the top of the building, and the roof is covered in slate. Original sash windows retain their glazing bars. The doorway is set within a wide, four-centred arch with keystones, and the door is flanked by two narrow lights. A pentice roof extends over the ground floor section. Two dormers are set into the roof.
