Description
West View Laburnam is an early 20th-century building designed in a vernacular style, constructed with traditional materials, including some old beams. The structure features red brick with grey headers on the ground floor and fishscale tile hanging above. It has a clay tiled roof and stands two storeys high with three bays. The first floor has double hung sash windows. On the ground floor to the left, there is a small butcher's shop. The first floor overhangs on the right, supported by old timbers, with a garage beneath that has double iron-studded doors. The building is included partly for group value considerations.
