The George Public House is an 18th-century building located on the south side of The Street in Bethersden. It stands two storeys high, with a ground floor made of red brick and a first floor that is tile-hung. The roof is hipped and tiled, and there are outside chimney stacks. The building features four triple sash windows and two doorcases that are topped with pediments.
