Description

The chest tomb to the Hodges family, located about 15 metres south of the Church of St. Matthew, dates from the early 18th century. It is a low chest tomb featuring simple inscribed side panels and a moulded top slab supported by enriched piers. The corner piers are decorated with ribband, skull, and floral patterns.
