Description

The Leacon is a house built in the late 18th century. It has a timber frame and is weather boarded, with tile hanging on the red brick base of the return and rear elevations. The roof is plain tiled and features a very tall hipped design with stacks at the center and on the left end. The building has a regular arrangement of windows, with two glazing bar sashes on each floor. On the first floor, there is a central round-headed window, and on the ground floor, a central door made of six raised and fielded panels, with the top two panels being glazed, is topped by a flat hood.
