Description

  1. 5272 SMARDEN BELL ROAD The old village lock-up TQ 84 SE 13/64A to the south-west of Munk's Farmhouse II

  2. This former village lock-up was sited here in 1864. It is a small square wooden shed with little square windows in the north and south walls, which still have their original iron fastenings across them and a door in the west wall with its original iron bar; the roof has been renewed.
