Probable Cl7 timber-framed building. Formerly an outbuilding. Two storeys and attics with 2 gables supported on wooden brackets. Tiled roof. Gabled projection with staircase on left side. Two triple round headed mullioned windows to front elevation. The right side has close-studding to the first floor and 2 modern triple casements.
