Vitter's Oak is an early to mid 19th century building located on Old Surrenden Manor Road in Bethersden. It features two parallel ranges and is constructed of red brick with a tiled roof. The building has five sash windows that retain their glazing bars. There is a simple doorcase set within an arched surround.
