Description

Etchden Farmhouse is an L-shaped, timber-framed building that likely originated as a late medieval hall-house, with an 18th-century cross wing. Some of the timber framing is exposed, and there is red brick infilling, but the ground floor has mostly been refaced with red brick, while the upper part is hung with curved tiles. The house has a hipped tiled roof and stands two storeys high. It features three casement windows and a doorcase with a door made of six fielded panels.
