  1. 5272 BETHERSDEN OLD SURRENDEN MANOR ROAD Winter's Farmhouse TQ 94 SW 14/26 14.2.67 II 2. C16 or earler timber-framed building, refaced with red brick on the ground floor and tile-hung above, but the 1st floor of the east front oversailing on the protruding ends of the floor joists. Hipped tiled roof, 2 storeys. Four casement windows with small square leaded panes. Small gables over the 1st floor windows. Porch with a shaped Dutch gable and the crest of the Toke family of Godinton, Great Chart, in the gable.
