Library House and Library Cottage is an 18th-century pair of buildings located on the south side of The Street in Smarden. They are two storeys high and faced with weatherboarding, topped by a tiled roof. The buildings feature three casement windows and doorcases with flat hoods above, each with doors that have four fielded panels.
