Description

Nos 35 to 41 on High Street is an early 19th-century building range. It has three storeys and is constructed of painted brick with a hipped tiled roof featuring a moulded eaves cornice. No 35 has two sash windows, although only one retains its glazing bars. Nos 37, 39, and 41 feature a three-light bay window. The ground floors have modern shopfronts. No 35 also has a three-light bay window on the first floor. This building is listed for its group value, as it is part of a collection of listed buildings on the south side of High Street, from Nos 17 to 57.
