Description

This is a short terrace of houses located in Lower Basingwell Street, Bishops Waltham, dating to the 18th century, with 20th-century alterations. The houses are constructed of painted brickwork laid in a header bond, featuring cambered openings and a high cement plinth. The roof is tiled and hipped at the north end. The west front elevation has two storeys and three windows, with sash windows in exposed frames. There are two plain doorways. The rear of No. 16 extends along Little Shore Lane and reveals a 17th-century timber-framed structure with brick infill.
