Description

Nos 54 to 60 on High Street are a terrace of seven cottages built in the mid-19th century. The walls are made of flint with brick quoins, cill bands, verticals, and cambered arches that have flat extrados. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. The west elevation is regular, featuring two storeys and nine windows, including small upper windows on the end houses. The cottages have casement windows and plain doorways that are sheltered by thin stone canopies, with two boarded passage doors and modern panelled doors.
