Description

No. 70 Charlton Street is a building dating from the 17th century and early 19th century. It is a single storey with an attic and features two windows. The roof is hipped and thatched, with eyebrow dormers that have cills at eaves level. The north gable displays exposed timber-framing, while the front wall is constructed of flint with brick dressings, all of which are painted. The windows are modern casements, and there is a plain door.
