Description
East Lodge to the Priory is a house built in the mid-19th century, with a 20th-century addition. It features mixed materials and has a tiled roof. The main structure is a flattened octagon with a shallow gabled porch, which is now filled in, facing the driveway. Each of the other walls has one window and includes half-dormers with gables, with the central dormer being wider than the others. The walls are constructed of flint, accented with horizontal red brick bands at the first floor and plinth, while the quoins and cambered arches are made of stone. The windows are coupled casements with leaded lights composed of octagons and smaller squares. The main roof is hipped, while the roof of the 20th-century extension is gabled, featuring red brickwork and modern casements.
