Description

The Hundred comprises a late 18th-century building of five bays, originally with an attic storey which has since been removed. It is constructed of red brick with a modern tile roof. The building has five windows on the first floor and three on the ground floor. The sash windows retain their glazing bars and are set within architrave frames, with the ground-floor windows set within segmental arches. There are three six-panel doors, each with an architrave surround, and each is protected by a plain frieze and flat hood supported on thin cut brackets. The building forms a group with numbers 47 to 55 (odd) and 70 to 84 (even) on Palmerston Street.
