Description
Hancocks Farmhouse is a mid-18th century brick farmhouse with a thatched roof. It is a two-story, three-bay building with a 19th-century extension to part of the rear and a section that projects beyond. The front of the house has a four-panel door, sheltered by a 19th-century open-gabled porch. There are three-light, segmental-headed casement windows on each side of the front elevation, and a raised band of blue brick marking the first floor. The first floor has three-light casement windows. Brick end stacks are present.
