Description

Dorchester Cottage, Holly Cottage, and Rose Cottage are a timber-framed structure, dating to the 17th and 18th centuries. The frame is exposed on the north side and north gable, while the remaining walls are brick-clad, likely from a later date. The cottage has five upper windows. It has a red tile roof with hipped ends and a shafted stack. The brickwork is red, laid in a Flemish bond pattern. Windows are casements, including two old leaded lights and one early 19th-century metal-framed window. The doors are plain, set in solid frames, with two having modern gabled canopies.
