Description

Hollam House is a 18th-century building located on the west side of Titchfield Road in Stubbington. It features a red brick facade complemented by a stuccoed band at the first floor, a modillion cornice, and a parapet. The house has a steeply pitched hipped tiled roof and consists of two storeys plus an attic, which includes three dormers. The front has five windows, with the central three bays set forward, featuring a higher elevation and a stringcourse. The windows are unbarred sashes with Venetian shutters. There is a porch supported by columns, topped with a pediment and panelled reveals, and it is accessed by five steps.
