Description

Downbarn Farmhouse is a mid-19th century building located on Boarhunt Road. It is constructed from flint with red brick quoins and window dressings, topped with a slate roof that features wide eaves. The farmhouse stands at 2 and a half storeys high and includes two windows with two lights each, as well as one window in the gable end, all featuring lozenged glazing. The ground floor windows have dripstone moulds. There is a centrally located gabled wooden porch and an additional blocked door, along with a rear cross wing.
