Description

Ham Farmhouse is a large L-shaped house dating from the 17th century and later, standing two storeys high with a front that features three windows. The house has a thatched roof, which has half-hips on the side gable and the south side front. There is a ground floor outshot, with an additional outshot that is roofed in slate. The walls are made of painted brick in Flemish bond, although one gable has an exposed timber frame and the south side is clad in red tiles. The ground floor has cambered openings, and the windows are casements. A modern porch has been added to the building.
