Description
Ye Old White Harte Public House is a building that claims to date back to 1563, although its front is from the 18th century. It is a non-symmetrical structure with two storeys, and there is a single storey addition on the west side that is of more recent construction. The roof is covered in red tiles, hipped at one end and gabled at the other, with brick dentil eaves. The front wall features a brick header bond at the ground floor and a painted Flemish bond at the upper floor, with cambered openings at the ground level. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames, and there is a well-crafted moulded door canopy supported by brackets.
