Description

Henville House is a mid-19th century building located on the north side of Hamble High Street. It features two storeys with a basement and attic on the west side, while the east side includes a three-storeyed tower. The roof is slate, with a gable on the west side and a pyramid roof on the tower. The building has triple lights in the gable, arched windows on the ground floor, and coupled arched lights on the top floor of the tower above single lights. The walls are constructed of yellow brick with red flush dressings around the arches, quoins, and a second floor band on the tower, along with stone cills and a cement plinth. The windows are sash in reveals, with some casements. An arched wall on the west side connects Henville House with The Myrtles.
