Description

This is an early 18th-century house located in Kingsley. It is constructed of brick and roughcast walls, with a tile roof. The front (south) elevation is symmetrical, originally designed with two windows, although two small windows now occupy the space where the original doorway stood. The roof is ½-hipped, with a catslide at the rear. The upper part of the front wall is tile-hung above the roughcast, while the end gable walls are of brickwork in Flemish bond, featuring bands at the eaves and first floor. The building has a plinth and cambered openings. Casement windows are present. A 20th-century single-storeyed wing now provides the entrance.
