Description

Well House is a building that dates from the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries, with an 18th-century front added to older altered structures. It stands two storeys high with an attic. The façade features two upper windows, one blank window, and a small circular light above the doorway, along with three ground-floor windows. The walls are made of red brick in English bond, with a first-floor band and a high plinth. The windows are Victorian sliding sashes. The doorcase is adorned with a pediment, frieze, and architrave that encloses a plain narrow fanlight, leading to a six-panelled door.
