Description
Old Manor Lodge is a building dating from the 16th, 17th, and 20th centuries. It is a one-storey structure with an attic and features irregular window placement. The main part of the building is a three-bay timber-framed hall, which has an additional timber-framed wing attached at a right angle, creating a T-shape. This junction includes a large chimney breast. On the east side, there is a modern timber-framed extension that incorporates old timbers. The roof is covered with old tiles and has half-hips, sloping down to a lower eaves at the junction on the west side, where it forms an open porch. There is a shafted brick stack, and the frame is exposed with brick nogging, which is painted on the lower half. The south face features two gabled dormers, while there is one on the west side, with all windows being modern casements. The entrance has a modern traditional boarded door.
