Description

The Old Vicarage stable block, located east of the main house on Church Street in Upton Grey, was largely built in the late 18th century. It features an old tile roof, red brick walling in a Flemish Garden Wall bond, cambered openings, two of which are filled, and a plinth. The west gable reveals a timber frame from the 17th century in its upper section, while the east gable displays Victorian details, including a decorative bargeboard. The building is listed for its contribution to the wider group value of the setting.
