Description

Jackdaw Cottage is a 17th-century building, originally with two storeys and three windows, situated in Mapledurwell and Up Nately. It has a thatched roof, half-hipped at each end, with small eyebrows over the gables. The cottage exhibits an exposed timber frame with red brick infill. Modern casement windows are present, alongside a plain entrance door sheltered by a gabled canopy.
