Description
Upper House Farmhouse is a building that dates from the 17th century, with early 19th-century and modern elements. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The roof is covered with red tiles, having hips to the south and gables to the north, one of which has exposed framing. The walls are made of red brick; the north gable is constructed in Flemish bond, while the lower part above a plinth is in English bond using old Basing bricks. The front (east) side mainly displays Monk bond brickwork, with cambered openings on the ground floor. The windows are modern casements, and there is a traditional porch.
