C16, C17. Hall type medieval house with end cross wings of storeys, the front (north) being raised in the centre at a later date to form an elevation of 2 storeys, 3 windows. Tile roof, catslide at the centre-rear, gables to the front of the wings, hips to the rear. Exposed timber-framing on the east and north, with ground-floor wall below former jetties; red brick infill and other walling. Casements, one small old light. Plain doors at the rear.
